Graded Color Scale

This is a graded color scale of the 18 years of Orlando Realty statistics.

The Orlando Regional Board of REALTOR Association publishes 14 metrics each month and Your Friend in Real Estate has been tracking them for eighteen years. In the graphic below you will see a color-coded analysis of the real estate trends over these years.

As a point of reference, here are the maximum and minimum values for each of the metrics over the 18 year span:

Green values are to be interpreted as the values that provide the greatest stimulation in the market. At the opposite extreme, the orange-red values are the most limiting. In the graphic below, the values between the extremes are color-graded in order to analyze trends in the data.
