October 5, 2006 was our twelfth annual dinner cruise, and we always enjoy seeing all the familiar faces of the people we've helped with their residential real estate needs. The Hard Working Nice Guy's clients say it is one of their most magical evenings and they are disappointed when circumstances prevent them from attending. fall, as close to a full moon as possible, we invite all of The Hard
Working Nice Guy's clients to join us for an elegant dinner cruise on
the scenic St. John's River aboard 
At
Christmas time, The Hard Working Nice Guy's clients' thoughts often
turn to friends, family, holiday celebrations and... cinnamon rolls!
Diana, The Hardworking Nice Guy's wife, baked over 800 large cinnamon
rolls for David to hand deliver to each of our clients in the Orlando
area during this holiday season. People have talked about these special
treats so much that Diana now makes a plate of them for clients to enjoy
at the celebration of their real estate closing.
